Circle of Security Parenting | Expressive Therapies Approach | Online |

We're thrilled to offer this valuable program to support you in developing a strong and healthy relationship with your child. In this online 8 week workshop, we'll cover important topics related to attachment, emotional regulation, and parenting strategies that promote secure bonding with your child.

The Circle of Security Parenting - Expressive Therapies Approach - integrates expressive art therapies, such as drawing and expressive writing as creative tools to support parents and caregivers in exploring and expressing their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a nonverbal and imaginative way.

These expressive art therapies can provide additional avenues for parents to process and communicate their feelings, deepen self-awareness, and gain insights into their relationship with their child. Through creative expression, parents can explore their own emotions, strengthen their bond with their child, and enhance their parenting skills, creating a holistic approach to nurturing healthy parent-child relationships.

The Circle of Security (COS) is a program aimed at improving attachment security between parents and children through relationship-based early intervention. This workshop focuses on parenting and is supported by a visually appealing graphic that helps caregivers become more aware of their children's needs and how well their responses meet those needs. The workshops are led by experienced COS Registered Parent Educators and incorporate engaging DVD content, creating a relaxed and interactive learning environment for participants. Our facilitators are deeply passionate about parent-infant attachment, Expressive Therapies and the Circle of Security framework, creating a safe and sensitive space for parents and caregivers to openly explore their parenting experiences.
